A reel counts when it can be rated: spoken, in any language, 5 words or more, posted in 2026. A creator is ranked once 10 of their reels count. Tap a name to see more.
How the scores work
- Which reels count. A reel with speech, 5 words or more, posted in 2026. A reel that is music only, or that cannot be understood, is left out. It is never scored 0.
- Three marks out of 10 for every reel, from the same fixed marking guide for everyone:
- Data: numbers you can check, like past prices, number of sales, supply, rents, dated events, and forecasts that give a figure. Vague words like "massive demand" count for nothing. 0 is no real numbers. 3 is one or two in passing. 5 to 6 is several real numbers that support the points. 8 to 10 is rich data running through the whole argument. Reading out many prices with no explanation stops at 4.
- Reasoning: how deep the "why" goes. A 10 looks like this: the new airport brings about 500,000 jobs, so those workers need homes nearby, so at their salaries they can afford this, so demand lands in these exact areas. 0 to 2 is opinions or features ("amazing project"). 3 to 4 is a reason given but not explained. 5 to 6 is one reason properly explained. 7 to 8 is a chain of reasons. 9 to 10 is a chain plus comparisons or past examples. Touching many topics in a few words each stays at 4 or below, however long the reel is.
- Unique: how fresh the angle is. A reel built on a point everyone makes scores 0 to 3: no tax, "Dubai always bounces back", payment plans, "Abu Dhabi is undervalued", the golden visa, the branded premium, "buy off-plan early", "near the metro means value", a plain area tour. A claim with nothing behind it is not a fresh angle. With little reasoning (3 or less), Unique stays at 4 or below.
- Who said it first. The main points of every reel are compared with the earlier reels of every other creator. If others made the same point before, Unique goes down a little: about 15% for one earlier reel, about 38% for 10, about half for 50. The first one to say it keeps the full mark.
- The creator's score. Data, Reasoning and Unique are each averaged over the creator's scored 2026 reels, and the score is the average of the three. A creator is ranked from 10 scored reels. A strong script is a reel whose own score (the average of its three marks) is 4 or more.
- Every week, new reels are read and scored, and the numbers of the year's reels are updated.
